🔎 Payments exceptions and investigations (E&I) are a daily reality for banks.

When a cross-border payment fails, operations teams must reconstruct what happened across multiple banks and multiple ISO 20022 messages.

In this demo, TxAgent paired with Claude investigates a failed payment automatically.

Using messages such as camt.110 and camt.111, the agent:
– interprets the investigation request
– retrieves the relevant pacs.008 payment messages
– identifies the root cause
– proposes remediation actions
In the example, the agent detects an invalid unstructured address, explains the failure, and proposes both a camt.111 response and a corrected payment message with structured address.

The goal is not to replace investigators, but to assist operations teams in reasoning across ISO 20022 messages and resolving cases faster.
